We provide a wide range of services to assist the youth in developing an "I Can" mindset to manifest their dreams and then dream some more!
In-take Program
Each person coming into YOTS' program is required to participate in the in-take portion of the program to determine expectations, along with the willingness and determination to work towards their dreams. Baselining is also a means to measure their success and so they can see and appreciate the progress they are making in their lives!
Education, Talent and Skills
Education comes in many forms and can help improve upon talent and skills required to help youth transition to community service, employment and/or Entrepreneurship!
Transformation
The transformation of your mindset is important. How you think and see yourself is what you will project. Changing your mindset with an "I Can" Attitude is important in achieving your dreams. But what is even more important is your habit forming thinking through continuous improvements!

Society has taught us when graduate from high school or complete the military tour of duty to get a job, raise a family and settle for 1-3% raise from your employer. However, there's more to you than that!
Don't get me wrong we are thankful for the jobs we have, but many times companies don't have your best interest at heart. Work-life balance is a joke in many companies. They claim there is work-life balance but actually there is work-work and more work balance. That kind of work constitutes you having your own business.
